Can't Find the Product You Need?

Send us the specification and we will work to identify suitable supply options — including products outside our standard ranges.

What We Need From You

Seven Details, One Clear Answer

The more precise the request, the more useful the response. These are the points that determine whether a product can be sourced and at what price.

01

Product name

What the item is called, in as much detail as you have.

02

Brand, if applicable

Whether a specific brand is required or an equivalent is acceptable.

03

Specification

Grade, variety, cut, percentage, size band or any technical requirement.

04

Country of origin

Required, preferred or open — this often changes availability and price.

05

Packaging

Pack size, carton configuration and labelling requirements.

06

Quantity

Per order and per month, and whether it repeats.

07

Destination

Where the goods need to be delivered and by when.

Our Process

How a Sourcing Request Is Handled

  • Review. We read the requirement and flag anything that needs clarifying before we approach suppliers.
  • Search. Suppliers and manufacturers capable of the specification are approached.
  • Evaluate. Options are compared on specification match, packaging, availability and commercial terms.
  • Respond. You receive the workable options — and an honest answer if none are.
Not every request can be fulfilled. Where a product cannot be sourced at the required specification, origin or quantity, we will say so rather than substitute something that does not match.
