Food trading requires consistency, responsible handling and dependable suppliers. We aim to work with established suppliers and manufacturers capable of meeting the required product and commercial specifications.
Product requirements differ depending on category, country of origin, packaging, customer market and destination. A specification that works for a hotel kitchen in Dubai may be wrong for an export buyer in another market.
For that reason our team evaluates each sourcing request individually to identify suitable supply options, rather than applying a single standard across everything.

We prefer established suppliers and manufacturers with a demonstrable track record on the specific product, rather than whoever quotes lowest.
Grade, variety, calibre, moisture or any technical parameter that defines the product is agreed in writing before an order is placed.
Country of origin affects price, availability and acceptability in the destination market. It is confirmed, not assumed.
Pack size, carton configuration and labelling are matched to the buyer and to the market the goods are going to.
Quantity, price basis, lead time and delivery terms form part of the specification, not a separate conversation.
Dry, chilled and frozen goods are handled and stored according to what each product actually requires.
Transport method and timing are planned around the product type and the distance, particularly for perishable lines.
Where a buyer has a specification of their own, we work to it rather than offering the nearest standard alternative.
Sourcing & Procurement
Consistency comes from working with the same suppliers over time. A supplier who knows the specification, the packing and the destination is far more likely to get the second order right than a new one chasing the first.
We build supplier relationships with that in mind, and we introduce new suppliers carefully rather than switching on price alone.
Send it across and we will tell you honestly whether it can be sourced, and on what terms.
